They are seeking an insurance SME that they can draw down support from to help them with a major multi-line re-insurer client they have. Core Responsibilities: Act as PA Consulting’s lead insurance advisor for a major global multiline (re)insurer, supporting executive engagement, strategic initiatives, and thought leadership. Partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to provide insights on industry trends impacting global (re)insurance, Lloyd’s, and specialty markets. Guide C-suite and business unit leaders on operational efficiency, underwriting excellence, risk management, and digital transformation. Support delivery and oversight of key projects and proposals/pitches in areas such as digital innovation, data analytics, ESG, regulatory change (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II), and commercial product development. Represent PA Consulting at high-level forums, industry events, and in client-facing communications on behalf of the insurer. Key Attributes Executive-level gravitas and the ability to engage credibly with CEOs, Boards, CUOs, and global/regional executives. Analytical and commercial acumen—quickly understanding the insurer’s priorities, external pressures, and internal culture.
