Requirements

Key responsibilities;

  • Business Development: Focus on sales to drive significant revenue growth
  • Strategic Leadership: Refine and communicate the vision & strategy
  • Run the Camelot Consulting business including leading the employees and consulting Camelot Experts, organisational design and operational processes and continually enhance the Operating Model in new innovative market leading ways
  • Grow the diverse range of capabilities and offerings to the insurance market
  • Client Relationship Management - Ultimately responsible for the overall satisfaction of the clients and to ensure the projects are successful for everyone involved
  • Financial & Risk Management
  • Protect and enhance the reputation of Camelot Consulting and the Camelot Network

Details of the engagement:

The ideal candidate would have;

  • A track record as an innovative, entrepreneur in the insurance industry, possibly scaling their own start up business
  • Very deep understanding of the needs of the UK and global insurance market and how to solve the challenges with new, fresh approaches
  • Have a passionate understanding of the Camelot ecosystem, ethos and values
  • Highly driven and motivated to make it a success
  • Large existing network of very senior insurance decision makers and innovative/leading solution providers
  • Personal credibility, leadership charisma and reputation across the insurance market

Full time (could be part time initially)

Employed role

Package: Base salary plus short and long term incentive schemes

Location: Flexible, but very frequent travel to London
