What is your role now since leaving corporate life?

I am sole director of Provenance Data Risk Partners Limited, with a background in data governance and internal audit.  I help insurance firms gain meaningful assurance over their most critical data.

Highest/proudest most recognisable previous role

The part of my career that I am most proud of was the first time that I designed a data controls framework to successfully support my firm's internal model application process.  I've taken these learnings forward and developed them into the sophisticated methodology that I now offer to the market.

Please can you provide some examples of recent projects/professional high points that you’ve worked on?


  1. Designed and implemented data governance frameworks in 2 London Market firms to support their Internal Model approval applications.

  2. Set up a new starter data governance induction training at one carrier.

  3. Trained auditors in data governance risk and how to audit data governance frameworks effectively.

  4. Led audits at a Tier 1 bank to identify unmitigated risks in the collection and processing of data used for critical regulatory reporting. 


What is your unique selling point? What makes your business approach unique? 

With a background in Risk, Audit and Data, I enable firms to determine whether their data controls would survive scrutiny and design data control frameworks that provide auditors and regulators with demonstrable evidence of effectiveness.

Build out and promote my offering.
