Please can you provide some examples of recent projects/professional high points that you’ve worked on?
I recently worked with a large insurer to transform claims operations by embedding AI into real workflows, reducing indemnity spend by millions while enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
Additionally, I’ve empowered 12 SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) from four major insurers through AI enablement sessions, guiding them from AI exploration to practical adoption.
I’m also the author of Demystifying AI Agents, a book that helps business leaders navigate AI adoption using nature-inspired approaches, empowering them to lead AI-driven transformation with confidence.
What is your unique selling point? What makes your business approach unique?
Insurers struggle to move beyond AI’s theoretical potential, leading to surface-level adoption and trust erosion. I address this by focusing on the foundations—educating and empowering teams to embed AI into domain-specific workflows, ensuring higher adoption and tangible business impact.

Any professional goals for the upcoming year?
This year, my focus is on scaling AI enablement beyond claims into areas such as underwriting to drive broader operational transformation. I also aim to engage with more mid-sized insurers, brokers, and MGAs, helping them accelerate adoption of intelligent technologies. Hosting executive briefings and tailored AI-sessions for insurers remains a priority.
Additionally, strengthening collaborations within Camelot and the wider insurance ecosystem will be key to fostering collective progress across the industry.
