I help accelerate Change and Transformation in organisations – because too often Change and IT projects don’t go the way people intend.

Have you been a panel expert on any Road Tests?
I’ve helped on a few road tests – one I remember was an AI powered Property Assessment tool. I thought we did a good job challenging the American company who provide the tool to really think about the UK market and talking to the challenges and needs we have in the UK.

I am part of the Camelot Transformation Special Interest Group and I am leading on the Camelot Mentoring & Coaching offering. With so many experienced and willing Experts, Camelot is well placed to help companies support and develop their people. We can offer a lot when it comes to Mentoring and helping to develop talent or people who are struggling to find their feet in Insurance.

Delivering two new Claims administration platforms on time and on-budget and completing claim migration.

Developing a proof of concept for next-generation Commercial (SME) Underwriting.
What is your unique selling point? What makes your business approach unique?
I am combining three valuable capabilities to great effect when it comes to unlocking successful change and transformation:
Hands-on experience leading major transformation programmes in large Corporates (Guidewire, EIS systems)
Experience launching an Insurtech from idea to merger
Qualifications in Coaching and Organisational behaviour (Transactional Analysis)
