About the event

The Equality Hour is here!

Host Jess Heagren and The Equality Hour  special guests will aim shed a light on some of the topical issues around Diversity, Inclusion and Equality in a very unboring way.

People in insurance have become scared to talk about diversity for fear of using the wrong language or saying the wrong thing. How do we re-open the conversation?

Cat will help us demystify diversity and bring everyone back into the conversation!

Each Equality Hour event will include:

  • Understand why it matters
  • The value diversity brings
