This Innovation Hour is somewhat different from the previous sessions. We have three opinionated graduates who have recently joined the insurance industry and we will explore their impressions, their views and perspectives. Learn what this generation thinks and how insurance needs to change to benefit most from it. It will be most enlightening!
The session will dive into:
- The route into insurance and first impressions.
- What works well and what needs to improve in the sector?
- Why leaders should understand the next generation better?
- How does insurance benefit from diversity?
- What could the sector be like in 2030?
