By the end of this workshop you will understand key risk issues arising when engaging with clients and, when working with them, how your conduct when trying to be helpful can actually be damaging to you and them. You will also understand how to reduce or eliminate those risks whilst still being able to assist clients when they need you to - and earn more fees whilst doing so!
