About the event

Step into Shoreditch Arts Club on 12th March for Camelot Rise - an event that breaks the mould.

Connect with senior insurance professionals in intimate spaces designed for genuine conversation, and be among the first to witness what we're building in 2026.

This is networking, elevated. This is Camelot, reimagined.

Real Connections: No anonymous crowds. No speed-networking chaos. Just 150 - 200 insurance leaders in a space designed for meaningful conversation. Insurers, brokers, MGAs, independent consultants, and solution providers - everyone is worth meeting.

Genuine Insight: The evening features three speaker sessions running across the night.

On leadership - Conny Scharfe hosts Raising the Bar: Leadership That Moves Markets - two curated fireside-style conversations with senior industry leaders reflecting on the experiences, decisions and principles that define high-impact leadership in today's insurance market. Featuring Adele Sumner (Intact), Silvi Wompa Sinclair (Munich Re), Mandy Hunt (The Clear Group), Deborah Holland (Chubb UK), Louise Colley (Zurich) and Rachel Ewing (Brown and Brown and Well Connected Women Network).

On innovation - Harvey Wade leads a live debate with James Noble (MyFirst), Bent Isachsen (Hamilton), Alan Thomas (Ripe Thinking) and Emma Davies (Waystone Consulting) on what meaningful innovation actually looks like in practice - from customer propositions and digital journeys to fresh thinking on risk and distribution. No presentations. No slides. Just a honest, candid conversation worth having.

Who is this event for?

Insurers, Brokers & MGAs: Tired of faceless conferences and vendor showcases? Looking for real connections and fresh thinking? This is where senior insurance leaders come to meet peers, not just collect business cards.

Independent Consultants & Experts: Be part of Camelot's evolution. Connect with the community that's building the genuine alternative to corporate consulting. Showcase your expertise. Expand your influence.

Solution Providers & Partners: Engage with decision-makers in a setting that actually encourages conversation. No barriers. Just opportunity to build relationships that matter.

FAQs

What should I wear?

Whatever you're comfortable in. No dress code. We've seen everything from suits to smart casual to trainers (and even a jacket covered in Brussel Sprouts at Christmas - we're looking at you, David).

Is there parking?

There's limited street parking nearby. We recommend public transport - Liverpool Street is a 10-12 minute walk, Shoreditch High Street is 3-5 minutes. Nearest car parks are Broadgate Circle (8 minute walk) and Liverpool Street NCP (12 minute walk). Taxis are allowed to drop off directly outside the venue.

Can I bring colleagues?

Absolutely. Although, each person needs to register individually to get their own ticket. If you know of an aspiring leader in the insurance world, please encourage them to come with you.

What if I have dietary requirements?

We'll ask about dietary requirements when you register. The menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options by default.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The main event space (gallery, cinema, bar and toilets) is fully accessible via a lift from the ground floor and the main entrance is at street level. Two breakout rooms are up a short flight of stairs - content from these spaces will be available digitally for anyone unable to access them.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 6:00pm. We recommend arriving by 6:30pm for David's welcome at 6:45pm.

Will there be photography?

Yes, we'll have a professional photographer capturing the evening. Photos will be shared post-event.
