Arslan leads Aviva’s global innovation agenda, driving initiatives to support Aviva in becoming a future-ready enterprise. This includes developing new growth engines, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring that Aviva remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

Before joining Aviva, Arslan was a Global Vice President at Travelers Insurance, focusing on strategy, innovation and business development. He has previously held several leadership roles within underwriting, propositions, corporate development and strategy for Zurich Insurance.

Arslan holds a degree in Finance and is a recognized thought leader in the innovation space. He has a global background having worked in both emerging and mature markets, with roles in the UK, Middle East, Europe and USA.
