About our guest speakers: 

Sharon has over 30 years of experience in insurance, including creating and delivering insurance schemes and products, developing sales and marketing strategies, and building robust business infrastructures in C-suite roles. She now enjoys a portfolio of non-executive positions.

Emma started her career in the Insurance industry in September 2023. She is currently in the Lawyers PI team and will be rotating into Cyber in April. Emma is also the Events Officer for the Next Generation Insurance Network committee. Prior to joining the industry, she achieved a first-class degree in Linguistics from University College London.
