About the event
The business needs on sustainability have changed. Today’s leading companies no longer see sustainability simply as a reporting or compliance issue, but as a critical business priority that is integral to their strategy.
Now more than ever, your long-term success rests on integrating sustainability into your strategic planning and decision-making. Strategic leadership means carefully determining the synergies between financial performance and your impact on society, the economy and our environment.
Business Sustainability: Driving Value and Competitive Advantage 1 Day WorkshopThis 1 day workshop cuts through the noise on sustainability to focus efforts on the strategic business imperatives that you need to be successful.

- Identify opportunities for your organisation that drive competitive advantage and gain an insight into the key steps to a sustainability transformation
- Utilise strategic frameworks to create a roadmap that prioritises high-impact initiatives and addresses core challenges
- Gain experience using proven innovation frameworks, such as design thinking methods, to develop solutions, map stakeholders, and drive business impact
- Become prepared to lead and communicate on corporate sustainability in your organisation.
