Very happy to share advance notice of a fractional opportunity to join a prominent London-based specialist insurer.
They are seeking a consultant to act as a Fractional Chief of Staff / Business Partner to the UK Chief Operating Officer (COO). The initial engagement will involve working closely with the COO to help scope and define the role's details, followed by delivery as the successful candidate.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the COO to establish the scope and time requirements for the role.
- Provide high-level operational support and rapid response to key executive requests.
- Lead the writing and delivery of operational reports.
- Drive key projects.
What They Are Looking For:
- Proven project management experience is essential.
- The ability to deliver results quickly and accurately.
- A background in insurance.
- Ability to work well as a team and under pressure.
Details of the engagement:
- The role is likely to be a 12 month interim contract, requiring 3-4 days a week on a hybrid basis. However, this will be finalised during the initial scoping phase.
- The contract will be facilitated through Camelot Consulting.
