Requirements
The requirement is for someone who is very experienced in the black art of Bordereaux especially from an MGA to their multiple carriers in the Commercial and Specialty markets, from an operational and technical solution perspective, having recently carried out a market scan of the latest platforms available. Ideally have hands on experience of implementing such new solutions.
Specialist input needed over the next few days to create a proposal for a short analysis and recommendations project and then to deliver this short assignment should the prospect give the go ahead. Potential of further work after this initial validation exercise.
Will be through Camelot Consulting.
Details of the engagement:
A large MGA in the Commercial and Specialty markets has asked for a proposal from Camelot Consulting for a short project to review their current problem statement, analysis carried out so far and their initial market scan of potential solutions - in order to validate and enhance their thinking in terms of how to solve this problem, which will only get worse as they scale through organic growth and acquisition. Their current solution is heavily manual and spreadsheet based....no surprise here.
