Summary of Client Need:

A large, London-based insurer requires a bespoke sales coaching programme for their 8 relationship managers. This will be a team proposal involving onsite coaching, including attendance at client meetings to provide real-time, actionable feedback.

The Engagement - Partnership:

The successful expert will be part of a Camelot coaching team. The first stage of this engagement will be to work closely with me to jointly build the full client proposal, co-designing the approach, time needed, budget, and supplying relevant case studies. This offers a chance to develop a best-in-class solution from the ground up.

• Client Location: The client is based in London.
• Flexibility: Essential, as client meetings may be country-wide.
