Requirements
We are currently mapping out expert support for a consultancy firm awaiting a final decision on a project award. As this is a contingent request, we are looking to identify a suitable associate who can hit the ground running should the project be green-lit.
The Role
The project involves reviewing the Group Operating Model for a client within the Savings & Retirement sector, specifically focusing on the Finance function.
Details of the engagement:
Key Requirements:
- Sector Deep-Dive: Significant experience in Life & Pensions organisations.
- Finance Specialism: Strong knowledge of Finance processes and Finance Operating Model design (including organisational design).
Engagement
Status: Prospective (awaiting final project approval).
Timeline: Anticipated start in late Feb / early March.
Duration: Approximately 15 days of effort, likely delivered over a 4-week window.
Location: Remote / London. They expect to run 2–3 worrkshops onsite during the project, but most days will be remote.
Rate: Up to £1,250 per day (max).
