Jess and each of her special guest's will be shedding a light on some of the topical issues around Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion in a very unboring way.
For this Equality Hour host Jess Heagren will be joined by Caroline Spence, Head of AXA UK&I Chief Risk Office, and previous chair of AXA UK's Gender Equality network.
We all know that women are under-represented in the insurance industry, but what does it feel like to be the only woman in the room all the time? What impact does it have on you personality and your work?
Caroline will talk about her actuarial career to date often being the only woman in the room. This one’s for the men too! Hear first hand how it feels and what you can do when that happens.
